By using Dremia, you agree to the following terms of service.

Subject of Contract

Dremia is a dream journal app that allows users to capture dreams as audio or text, have them analyzed by AI, and synchronize them across multiple devices. The service is operated by Creative Skyline Ltda.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account with Dremia.

Content and Liability

Dremia provides AI-powered dream analyses. These analyses are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological advice. Dremia assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Dremia is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Contract Duration and Termination

The usage agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. You can delete your account at any time and thereby terminate the contract. Upon account deletion, all your stored data will be irreversibly removed.

Limitation of Liability

Dremia is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Dremia is not liable for loss of data to the extent the user has failed to create their own backups.

Changes to Terms of Service

Dremia reserves the right to modify these terms of service with reasonable notice. You will be informed of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Applicable Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the user has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms of service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
